Job summary

Crossing Hurdles seeks a Dermatology Image Review Specialist in India to support AI evaluation workflows. You will assess image quality, annotate issues, and provide expert feedback on AI outputs.

The role allows part-time or full-time commitment (20-40 hours/week) with PST overlap for collaboration. A dermatology residency and 5+ years post-residency experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• MBBS with completed Dermatology residency.
• Minimum 5 years of post-residency dermatology experience.
• Based in India.

Responsibilities

• Review dermatology images for quality and diagnostic usability.
• Evaluate AI-generated medical content for accuracy, safety, and completeness.
• Identify image issues such as blur, lighting, exposure, colour, and framing.
• Identify likely skin conditions where applicable and provide confidence ratings.
• Document clear clinical rationale and provide expert feedback on AI outputs.
