The Country Medical Lead is a member of the Country DPS B oard , function ing as a strategic collaborator , bringing surgical insights, knowledge of local healthcare ecosystems, policy, trends and guidelines to inform and support shaping the commercial strategy, maximizing opportunities DPS Country business.
This role provides critical input into the global innovation agenda through gaining and assimilating customer insights to define key unmet needs, and through early, pro-active identification and assessment of evidence needs to address key stakeholder needs within the country for market registration, access & adoption.
The Country Scientific lead reports to the DS MA Lead Internation al with a dotted line to the Country Depuy Synthes Managing Director .
5‐10 years' experience of one of the following activities is required: post graduate medical education (beyond initial licensure), fellowship or subspecialty surgical training, clinical practice ; and/or with dedicated research, and/or industry experience in Medical/Clinical/R&D roles in a highly regulated, commercial pharma/medical device business .
Travel on the Job : U
