Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage the Graphic Design team to ensure high-quality deliverables and timely project completion.

• Ensure adherence to brand guidelines, design standards, and quality expectations across all creative outputs.
• Collaborate with management, marketing, and e-commerce teams to align creative strategies with business objectives.
• Responsible for overseeing daily e-commerce operations, including product catalog updates and content management.
• Supervise product listing, updating, and uploading of product dataspecifications across marketplaces and websites.
• Oversee product images and content on marketplaces such as Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, Flipkart, and other online platforms.
• Ensure large online product catalogs are maintained accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor account health, listing quality, and compliance with marketplace requirements.
• Identify and implement process improvements, automation opportunities, and best practices for catalog creation and management.
• Review and approve creative assets including advertisements, banners, videos, social media content, and marketing materials.
• Perform quality assurance on team deliverables and ensure consistency across all design projects.
• Lead the development of original design concepts, layouts, and creative campaigns.
• Coordinate multiple time Sensitive projects and manage ad-hoc requests effectively.
• Assemble and oversee the creation of static and animated banners for digital advertising.
• Keep the team updated on new design techniques, technologies, and industry trends
