Job summary

Accenture in India is seeking a Senior Creative Designer to independently develop and execute premium digital assets for eCommerce, CRM, social media, and brand sites. The role emphasizes strong visual thinking, advanced Adobe CC skills, and the use of Generative AI to accelerate production while maintaining brand standards.

You will collaborate with leads and designers across markets to deliver multi-format creatives and drive the digital story for campaigns.

Qualifications

• Senior Creative Designer independently develops and executes high-quality digital creative assets for eCommerce, CRM, Social, Paid Media and Brand.com.
• Role requires strong visual and conceptual thinking, AI-enabled creativity, and translating briefs into premium brand-compliant designs with minimal supervision.
• Primary skill is Content Creation; advanced Adobe CC skills are essential.

• The Senior Creative Designer is responsible for independently developing and executing high-quality digital creative assets for ELC across eCommerce, CRM, Social, Paid Media and Brand.com.
• The role requires strong visual and conceptual thinking, advanced design skills, AI-enabled creative capabilities, and the ability to translate briefs into premium, brand-compliant creative solutions with minimal supervision.
• Role requires Digital Marketing Ads Promotion creation design
• Content creation is the contribution of information to any media and most especially to digital media for an end-user audience in specific contexts. What are we looking for?
• Primary skill - Content Creation
• Advanced Adobe Creative Cloud skills, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Strong Figma knowledge and understanding of digital design workflows.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools.
• Strong visual design, typography, layout, colour, composition and image-editing skills.
• Understanding of eCommerce, social, CRM and digital creative formats.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Creative Design & Execution
• Develop digital creatives, campaign adaptations, key visuals, banners, CRM, social and eCommerce assets.
• Translate briefs into strong visual concepts and design solutions.
• Apply excellent understanding of typography, layout, colour, imagery and composition.
• Adapt creative across multiple formats, channels, brands and markets while maintaining brand consistency.
• Independently own complex creative assignments from brief to final delivery.
• AI & Innovation
• Use Generative AI tools such as Adobe Firefly, Photoshop Generative Fill, Runway, Midjourney or equivalent to enhance creative development and production.
• Create effective prompts for backgrounds, environments, image extensions and creative explorations.
• Evaluate AI outputs for quality, accuracy, product integrity and brand compliance.
• Identify opportunities to use AI, automation and templates to improve speed and scalability.
• eCommerce & Digital Production
• Develop and optimise product content for eCommerce and Brand.com.
• Understand digital and marketplace requirements across platforms such as Amazon, Shopee, Lazada and Flipkart.
• Ensure accurate product representation and adherence to technical specifications.
• Quality & Collaboration
• Conduct thorough QA and ensure all work meets ELC brand and technical standards.
• Work closely with Creative Leads, Team Leads, Project Managers and designers across markets.
• Provide creative input and support junior designers through knowledge sharing and feedback.
• Proactively identify and resolve creative and production challenges.
