Accenture in Maharashtra seeks a Media & Graphics Design Analyst to support marketing operations with creative design and QA. The role turns concepts into digital and physical artwork for marketing use and aims to boost efficiency and speed to market.

You will balance complexity and resources, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and may rotate shifts. Graduation is required with 3–5 years in design/QA. This is a hands-on role within the Marketing Operations team.

• Graduation completed from any stream.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing operations or design.
• Strong foundation in creative design and QA fundamentals.

• Drive marketing performance with data/tech to accelerate time-to-market and efficiency at scale.
• Role requires Digital Marketing Ads Promotion creation design.
• Creative design is a process using digital/physical tools to create comps and final art.
• Primary skill: Creative Design; Secondary: Quality Assurance (QA).
• You will interact with peers within Accenture and update supervisors; may have limited client exposure.
• You will be given moderate daily tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments.
• The role may require rotating shifts.
