• Work on legacy conversion, ECN/ECR (Engineering Change Notice/Request), NPD (New Product Development), and VAVE (Value Analysis/Value Engineering)
• Collaborate with global clients on engineering deliverables
• Work with PLM tools to manage product lifecycle
• Ensure designs meet quality, safety, and documentation standards

Requirements

• B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
• 3–5 years of experience in the engineering services industry

• Good understanding of engineering processes including legacy conversion, ECN/ECR, NPD, and VAVE
