Qualifications

• Experience in design and CAD support for gearbox or mechanical products.

• Assist in the preparation of technical data packages for design reviews and calculations.
• Design components inline with DFM casting & plastic requirements.
• Apply geometric functional and tolerancing (GD&T) and validate via stack-up analysis.
• Provide design support for proto samples and testing/process fixtures.
• Ensure quality deliverables before delivery.
• Contribute to efficiency improvements by enabling fast or automated processes.
• Apply CAD methodologies and manage product definition file into PLM.
• Ensure compliance with environmental and quality standards.
