Premier Consultants in Ahmedabad is seeking a Diploma Mechanical Designer Fresher to join our Design team. You will assist in creating 2D drawings and 3D models, and support product development and manufacturing projects under senior engineers.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, is eager to learn, can read engineering drawings, and collaborates well with production and quality teams. Fresh graduates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.

Job Summary:

We are looking for motivated Diploma Mechanical freshers to join our Design team. The selected candidate will assist in preparing engineering drawings, 3D models, and design documentation while working closely with senior design engineers on product development and manufacturing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare 2D drawings and 3D models using CAD software.
• Assist senior engineers in creating and modifying mechanical designs.
• Prepare engineering drawings, layouts, and Bill of Materials (BOM).
• Update drawings based on design revisions.
• Coordinate with production and quality teams for design-related activities.
• Follow engineering standards and design procedures.
• Maintain design documents and revision records.
• Learn and support new product development and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Required Skills
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, Creo, NX, or similar CAD software.
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Preferred Skills:

Internship or project work in Mechanical Design.

Basic knowledge of GD&T will be an added advantage.

Proficiency in MS Office.
