Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer in Gurugram to design mechanical parts, assemblies and systems using SolidWorks, with focus on CAD modeling, drafting and documentation, including electro-mechanical components.

You will contribute to design concepts, feasibility studies, evaluations, and cross-functional documentation, applying manufacturing processes, DFMA and material selection principles.

Qualifications

• Expert-level proficiency in SolidWorks: Part Modelling, Assembly Modelling, Configurations.
• Experience with SolidWorks PDM or equivalent PLM system preferred.
• Strong understanding of GD&T (ASME Y14.5), Tolerance Stack-up Analysis, Engineering Drawings, DFM (Design for Manufacturability), DFA (Design for Assembly), Materials Selection, Manufacturing Processes, Standard Mechanical Components, Manufacturing Knowledge.
• Hands on knowledge of Electro-Mechanical Assemblies.

Basic Qualifications:
