Job summary

Coforge Limited is seeking an experienced MCP Solution Architect to design, architect, and implement AI-powered solutions using the Model Context Protocol (MCP) framework. You will bridge business requirements and technical implementation by integrating enterprise systems, APIs, data sources, and AI/LLM platforms through MCP-based architectures.

The role focuses on end-to-end MCP solution design, integration strategies, architecture governance, and collaboration with product and engineering

Qualifications

• Strong experience in System Design and B2B Integration.
• Hands-on experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) architecture and implementations.
• Experience with AZURE AI, Gen AI, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of RESTful API, graphql, Webservices, and Microservices.
• Experience with Cloud PaaS such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Knowledge of Oauth, oidc, API Security, and Identity Management.
• Experience with Containerization vs Virtualization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong understanding of Integration Patterns and enterprise system connectivity.
• Proficiency in Java Standard Edition, NODE.JS, or similar technologies.
• Experience with CI/CD Pipelines and DevOps.

Responsibilities

• Design and define end-to-end MCP-based solution architectures.
• Develop integration strategies between AI/LLM platforms and enterprise applications.
• Architect MCP servers, tools, resources, and prompt workflows.
• Define security, authentication, authorization, and governance standards for MCP implementations.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, and engineering teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Establish best practices for MCP implementation, deployment, scalability, and monitoring.
• Create architecture diagrams, technical design documents, and implementation guidelines.
• Support development teams during design reviews, code reviews, and deployment activities.
• Evaluate and recommend AI technologies, frameworks, and integration patterns.
• Drive proof-of-concepts (PoCs) and innovation initiatives around AI agent ecosystems.
