Galaxy Resource Private Limited (GRPL India) is seeking MBBS Doctors/Medical Officers for Sitapur, Uttar Pradesh. This full-time role welcomes freshers and offers a monthly salary of ₹2.5–3 lakh. You will work across OPD, wards, and casualty with support for health campaigns and outreach.

Responsabilités

• Examine, diagnose and treat patients in OPD, wards and casualty.
• Prescribe medicines and investigations and review reports on every round.
• Maintain accurate case sheets, treatment charts and discharge notes.
• Refer complex cases to specialists and coordinate transfers when needed.
• Lead the nursing team during shifts so patient care stays seamless.
• Take part in health camps, screening drives and preventive outreach in the district.
