Position: Mathematics Mentor Location: Remote (Work From Home) Shift: 2:30 AM - 8:30 AM IST (US Shift) Working Hours: 6 Hours/Day

What You'll Do

• Conduct engaging live online Mathematics classes for K-12 students.
• Teach concepts through interactive and application-based learning.
• Help students strengthen their analytical thinking, logical reasoning, and problem-solving abilities.
• Create a positive, encouraging, and engaging classroom environment.
• Track student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them succeed.
• Inspire curiosity and build confidence in Mathematics.

Must Have

• Strong understanding of K-12 Mathematics (Arithmetic, Algebra, Geometry, Trigonometry, Mensuration, and Basic Statistics).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring young learners.
• Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
• Strong logical reasoning and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable conducting live online classes.
• Reliable laptop/desktop with a stable internet connection.
• Availability to work the 2:30 AM - 8:30 AM IST (US Shift).

Good to Have

• Prior experience teaching or tutoring Mathematics (online or offline).
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, Physics, Computer Science, B.Ed., or a related field.
• Familiarity with CBSE, ICSE, IB, IGCSE, or international curricula.
• Experience with online teaching platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams.
• Ability to create engaging lesson plans and learning activities.
