Ideal candidates have 4–6 years of IIT-JEE Advanced coaching, strong English communication, and a track record of helping students achieve top AIR ranks. The role is full-time and on-site in Mumbai.

Competenze

• Education: B.Tech / M.Tech / Integrated M.Sc from an IIT (Indian Institute of Technology), NIT, or a premier national institute preferable.
• Experience: Minimum 4–6 years of proven experience coaching students specifically for the IIT-JEE Advanced domain.
• Track Record: A demonstrable history of mentoring students who achieved Top 1000 All India Ranks (AIR) in JEE.
• Subject Expertise: Deep conceptual mastery of higher-level Mathematics and rapid, accurate numerical and analytical problem-solving techniques.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to command and engage large classrooms.
