Job summary

BrightCHAMPS is hiring Math educators to teach students from UKG to Grade 10 through live online classes. This is a freelance, pay-per-session opportunity with work-from-home flexibility.

Current teaching window is 2:00 AM–8:00 AM IST, requiring 4–6 hours of consistent work. Strong Math fundamentals, clear English, and an interest in teaching children are highly valued. Training is provided and curricula are ready-to-teach.

Responsibilities

BrightCHAMPS is hiring Math educators to teach students from UKG to Grade 10 through live online classes.

We welcome both experienced teachers and freshers from Mathematics or Engineering backgrounds who have strong Math fundamentals, good spoken English and an interest in teaching children.

Current teaching window: 2:00 AM–8:00 AM IST

Teachers should be available for 4–6 hours consistently within the teaching window.

What You Will Do

• Teach live online Math classes for UKG–Grade 10, in small groups of up to 4 students.


• Conduct both demo and regular learning sessions.


• Explain concepts clearly and adapt teaching to the student's learning level.


• Follow the BrightCHAMPS ready-to-teach curriculum and teaching methodology.


• Conduct periodic parent interactions/PTMs to discuss student progress.


• Participate in required training, assessments and feedback sessions.

Who Can Apply?

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Engineering or a related quantitative field.


• Freshers can apply; prior experience in Math teaching is an advantage.


• Strong school-level Mathematics fundamentals.


• Good spoken English and ability to explain concepts.


• Comfortable teaching children through live online classes.


• Comfortable using Zoom, Google Meet and basic online teaching tools.

• Laptop with working camera and microphone


• Stable broadband internet with minimum 30 Mbps speed


• Reliable power supply or backup


• Quiet and suitable teaching environment


• Pen tablet required before onboarding

Compensation

This is a freelance, pay-per-session opportunity. Monthly earnings vary based on teaching availability, sessions allocated and conducted, teaching shift and student region and are not guaranteed.

Selection Process

Successful completion of training and the final assessment is required before session allocation.
