About The Role

We're looking for Mathematics Researchers to help build and refine the reasoning capabilities of cutting-edge AI models — crafting challenging problems, verifying solutions, and pushing the boundaries of what AI can understand. This is a fully remote, flexible contract role designed for mathematicians who want to do meaningful, intellectually stimulating work on their own schedule. Training and support will be provided.

What You'll Do

• Develop, solve, and critically review advanced mathematical problems with real-world relevance and rigor

Who You Are

• Hold a Master's or PhD in Mathematics or a closely related field
• Expert-level command of at least one of: algebra, calculus, statistics, or discrete mathematics
• Comfortable coding in Python, MATLAB, or Mathematica for research or problem-solving contexts
• Exceptionally clear written communicator - you can explain complex ideas precisely and accessibly
• Naturally detail-oriented with a rigorous, methodical approach to mathematical work
• Fluent in English

• Prior experience with data annotation, data quality review, or AI evaluation workflows
• Familiarity with AI or machine learning research environments
