Qualifications

• Auto components industry background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Raise and release Purchase Orders (PO) in SAP/MRP.
• Ensure timely material availability for production.
• Follow up with suppliers for on-time delivery.
• Avoid production stoppage due to material shortage.
• Coordinate with planning/production team.
• Monitor and clear material shortages.
• Negotiate with suppliers (price, payment, delivery).
• Work on cost reduction (SOB / alternate source).
• Maintain good supplier relationship.
• Control inventory and avoid excess stock.
• Maintain proper records and system updates.
