The Master Mason role at Sri Sai Constructions is a full-time, on-site position based in Ballia. The Master Mason will oversee and perform advanced masonry work, including laying bricks, blocks, and stones, preparing and applying cement and mortar, and ensuring structural integrity and alignment of walls and other constructions. This role involves reading and interpreting construction drawings, planning daily work activities, supervising masonry helpers, and coordinating with site engineers and other trades to meet project timelines and quality standards. The Master Mason will inspect completed work for accuracy and durability, carry out repair and renovation tasks as needed, and adhere to all safety protocols and company procedures. The position requires consistent on-site presence to manage masonry operations and support successful delivery of infrastructure projects.
