Job description

The role

As a Junior Associate, for the MDM MS and MV team who would be responsible for Data cleansing/Analysis work for the MDM team within the defined SLA who can work globally. Proactive/Reactive maintenance of product and price data as assigned would be the main KRA. This role reports to the MDM Team Leader.

Responsiblities:

• Extracting data from primary and secondary sources and removing corrupted data
• Address any issues, questions and problems in accurate and timely manner
• Maintains focus on ownership for tasks and responsibilities, including commitment to follow through and staying focused on task and delivering to promise
• Continuously drive on process improvement and adheres compliance to all SLAs and KPIs
• Update the global price list, product and price information

Requirement

• Graduate degree in Computer Science (Class of 2025/2026)
• Strong passion for a career in MDM (Core knoweldge of Advance Excel)
• Fluent in English
• Confident handling of MS office for everyday activities, incl. Excel
• Problem-solving skills based on a methodical and logical approach.
• Interpersonal skills and teamworking skills.
• Ability to research multiple sources to find data.
• Procurement background or understanding of S2P cycle is a plus
• Responsible and self-confident
