Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team while ensuring timely execution of all projects and campaigns.
• Plan and oversee digital marketing activities across social media, websites, paid campaigns, and online platforms.
• Manage end-to-end marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and lead generation initiatives.
• Ensure consistent branding and communication across all business verticals, marketing materials, and customer touchpoints.
• Plan and coordinate marketing for corporate events, weddings, banquets, hospitality, and promotional events.
• Review and approve creative content including graphics, videos, reels, advertisements, brochures, and other promotional materials.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to identify new business opportunities and marketing trends.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse KPIs, prepare reports, and optimise marketing strategies to maximise ROI.
• Manage marketing budgets, external vendors, agencies, influencers, and strategic partnerships to achieve business objectives.
