Key Responsibilities

• Create/Update engaging presentations (PPT) for marketing and sales
• Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva AI, etc.) for content and design support
• Assist in managing social media accounts and content scheduling
• Support HubSpot activities (email campaigns, contact updates, basic automation)
• Help create marketing assets (social posts, emailers, brochures, case studies)
• Ensure consistency in branding across all materials

Skills & Qualifications

• Master’s degree (or pursuing) in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
• Strong interest in presentation design and storytelling
• Familiarity with AI tools for content/design (preferred)
• Basic understanding of social media platforms
• Exposure to HubSpot or similar tools (good to have)
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Canva, etc.
• Good communication and willingness to learn
