CHEARS | Innovating with technology is seeking a Marketing Intern to generate leads and promote our courses in India. You will guide potential customers through registration, using proactive outreach across email, phone, and social networks to hit target registrations.

Ideal candidates are enrolled in Marketing or related programs, have strong communication and interpersonal skills, and can work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

As a Marketing Intern, you will be responsible for generating leads and promoting our courses to potential customers. You will actively engage with individuals and guide them through the registration process. This role requires you to be proactive, innovative, and results-oriented, with a strong focus on achieving registration targets.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist in post-marketing strategies for course promotion.


• Generate a minimum of 10 leads per month for any course offered by the company.


• Engage with leads through various channels such as email, phone calls, and social media to promote courses and encourage registrations.


• Maintain accurate records of leads, registrations, and follow-ups.


• Provide timely updates to the marketing team on the status of leads and conversions.


• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align efforts on course promotions.

Incentives and Performance-Based Rewards

• Each intern will receive a fixed stipend of INR 1000 per month on completion of the minimum target of 10 course registrations per month with the help of referral link.


• For each successful registration beyond the target of 10, the intern will receive incentives as per the referral code percentage share (mentioned for each referral code).

Qualifications and Skills

• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields or want to earn referral bonus.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with customers effectively.
