What you will actually do:

• Master one collection lane — primary fieldwork, sentiment instrumentation, open-source harvesting, or competitor watch — and become the operator the desk routes its hardest requests through
• Run primary-collection sessions yourself: recruit screener-compliant interview subjects, conduct structured conversations, and deposit verbatim transcripts with consent trails attached
• Stand up and maintain collection instruments — survey frames, listening queries, crawler configurations — documented so a colleague can reproduce your pull exactly
