Job summary

Trybotics is launching a Marketing & Growth Internship in Bengaluru. You will collaborate with the founding team to build the growth engine from the ground up, handling digital campaigns, social media, content, and influencer outreach.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
• Manage social media activities, including Instagram, Reels, Shorts, content calendars, captions, campaigns, and community engagement.
• Support customer acquisition initiatives, including referral campaigns, promotional campaigns, lead generation, and conversion optimisation.
• Assist with astrologer and practitioner acquisition through online research, outreach, partnerships, and onboarding campaigns.
• Research and coordinate with relevant influencers, creators, communities, and potential marketing partners.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify new marketing and growth opportunities.
• Assist with SEO, keyword research, website content, and organic growth initiatives.
• Track marketing performance, leads, conversions, and campaign metrics using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, spreadsheets, and advertising dashboards.
• Propose and execute small growth experiments and A/B tests, measure results, and share actionable insights.
• Take ownership of assigned marketing projects and work closely with the founding team in a fast-paced startup environment.

About the internship

ASTRORIZE is an early-stage technology startup building a digital platform for astrology and spiritual consultation. The company is looking for a highly motivated Marketing & Growth Intern to join its Bengaluru team and work closely with the founding team to build its marketing and growth engine from the ground up.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities
