• Diagnose why a patron's public standing stalls — message confusion, proof shortages, hostile framing — and prescribe the smallest intervention that unblocks it
• Deliver standing advisory hours to leadership: structured sessions where positioning questions get decided, deferred, or killed, each with reasons on the record
• Score patrons against opponents and category peers — favorable-coverage balance, message discipline, proof density — and defend the method behind every number
