Job summary

Zycus is seeking graduates to join our AI-first marketing team in India. You will work across product storytelling, digital campaigns, social media, website development and event marketing, applying your engineering mindset to create compelling content and automated workflows.

This isn’t a traditional marketing role; you will build AI-powered experiences, experiment, measure, and iterate to drive growth with Agentic AI.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, Electronics or related engineering disciplines.
• Fresh graduates | 0–2 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Product & Content Marketing: Turn complex AI and enterprise technology into stories that people understand and want to engage with.
• Digital Marketing: Work on SEO, SEM, digital campaigns and landing pages.
• Social Media: Create content for LinkedIn and other social platforms and develop campaigns around Agentic AI.
• Website & Web Development: Build and improve marketing webpages using HTML, CSS, JavaScript and modern web tools.
• Events & Experiential Marketing: Help create technology-focused events and campaigns.

What will you work on?

You will become part of a high-energy, AI-first marketing team and work across multiple areas:

1. Product & Content Marketing

Turn complex AI and enterprise technology into stories that people understand and want to engage with.

• Understand Zycus products, Agentic AI and enterprise technology

• Create product stories, blogs, videos, presentations and campaign content

• Use GenAI tools to research, ideate, create and optimize content

• Convert technical concepts into compelling customer-facing narratives

• Experiment with AI-generated content and new formats

2. Digital Marketing

Use data, technology and experimentation to grow Zycus digitally.

• Work on SEO, SEM, digital campaigns and landing pages

• Analyze website and campaign performance

• Run experiments and A/B tests

• Use analytics and AI tools to identify growth opportunities

• Build automated and AI-powered marketing workflows

3. Social Media

Make enterprise AI interesting.

• Create content for LinkedIn and other social platforms

• Follow technology, AI and business trends

• Develop creative campaigns around Agentic AI

• Experiment with short-form video, visual content and new formats

• Use AI tools to accelerate content creation and personalization

4. Website & Web Development

This is where your engineering background becomes a superpower.

• Build and improve marketing webpages and landing pages

• Work with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and modern web tools

• Optimize website performance and user experience

• Experiment with AI-powered website experiences

• Use analytics to understand how visitors interact with the website

• Work closely with designers, product marketers and developers

5. Events & Experiential Marketing

Take technology from the screen to the real world.

• Help create technology and AI-focused events

• Support college, customer and industry events

• Design event experiences and campaigns

• Build digital experiences around events

• Use AI to personalize event communication and engagement

• Measure event impact and generate insights

AI will be part of your everyday work

At Zycus, we don't want you to simply use AI.

We want you to learn how to work with AI as a force multiplier.

You will experiment with:

Generative AI → Agentic AI → AI-powered content → AI automation → AI analytics → AI-assisted development

You may use AI to write content in the morning, build a webpage in the afternoon, analyze campaign data in the evening—and then figure out how to automate the entire process.
