Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Business Development
- Achieve hospitals sales targets through on-field promotion and relationship-building activities.
- Build strong relationships and tie-ups with doctors, clinics, diagnostic centers, corporates, and referral partners.
- Ensure timely follow-up and conversion of inbound leads and patient referrals.
2. Marketing Strategy Execution
- Assist the Marketing Manager in designing and implementing local marketing strategies and outreach plans.
- Support in preparing and presenting relevant business proposals and marketing collaterals.
- Consistently track and report the effectiveness of strategies toward achieving departmental objectives.
3. Market Intelligence
- Keep track of healthcare market trends, competitor activities, local healthcare events, and patient needs.
- Gather insights on community health trends and align outreach efforts accordingly.
- Regularly update the team and management on market movements and referral behaviors.
4. Client & Doctor Engagement
- Maintain excellent relationships with key clients, doctors, and external stakeholders.
- Act as a liaison between the hospital and medical practitioners for patient coordination and tie-ups.
- Organize regular visits and relationship-building activities with external stakeholders.
5. Event Management
- Plan, organize, and coordinate medical camps, health talks, and screening events in target areas.
- Coordinate and support Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs in collaboration with doctors and internal teams.
- Ensure appropriate branding, attendance, and follow-up from events.
6. Reporting & Coordination
- Support the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly sales/marketing reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments like operations, admissions, and billing to ensure smooth patient experiences.
- Attend all relevant training sessions and stay updated on hospital offerings and processes.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 25 years of experience in healthcare/hospital marketing (field role preferred).
- Strong communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel locally and work in a field-intensive environment.
- Basic knowledge of healthcare operations and local medical network is an added advantage.
