Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
  • Manage FFM Asias social media accounts, including LinkedIn and WeChat.
Print Ads and Marketing Collaterals
  • Copywrite and design monthly print ads for paint industry journals.
  • Develop brochures and flyers for products as needed.
Website Management
  • Upload and update content (blogs, banners, documents, and product pages) on the FFM and channel partner websites.
Digital Marketing
  • Research and implement influencer marketing strategies on YouTube.
  • Manage the company's WhatsApp API channel.
Email Marketing
  • Create and design email campaigns (regional, product-specific, launches, and biweekly digests).
Video Content Creation
  • Develop machine differentiating videos (product shoots, agency editing, animation).
  • Coordinate engineering video production for installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance content.
Copywriting & Presentations
  • Write copy for newsletters, blogs, articles, social media, and internal communication.
  • Create presentations for products, battlecards, leadership, and product lifecycle documentation.
Event Management
  • Oversee exhibition logistics, booth design, giveaways, and presentations.
  • Organize logistics for internal events and regional service meets.
Vendor & Payment Coordination
  • Collaborate with agencies and the IDEX accounts team for vendor onboarding and timely payments.
Marketing Inventory Management
  • Track, print, and monitor marketing materials and inventory.
Team Support
  • Assist the product and marketing team with miscellaneous tasks as required.
