Job summary

Lam Research in Bangalore invites a Sr. Manufacturing Engineer to join the Pilot Engineering group as a Delmia System Analyst.

You will support and customize 3DEXPERIENCE tools like DELMIA and CATIA, work with PLM workflows, and help implement digital manufacturing solutions across our India sites. You’ll provide multi-level technical support, deploy changes, develop automation scripts, and collaborate with global teams to resolve issues, migrate CAD data, and maintain documentation and training

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in 3DEXPERIENCE platform support, DELMIA and CATIA.
• Strong knowledge of PLM concepts and digital manufacturing.
• Proficient in EKL, VB, C# and automation scripting.
• Experience with ASFALIS Elysium Converter, XPDM, and CAD data migration.
• Familiar with Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence, and SourceTree.

Responsibilities

• Provide L1–L3 support for 3DEXPERIENCE apps (DELMIA, CATIA) and infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot issues logged in ServiceNow within SLA.
• Support change control, BOM management processes.
• Develop and maintain EKL, VBA, C#, and automation scripts.
• Manage multi-site FCS, DSLS, 3DIndex, 3DPassport, and FTS servers.
• Administer user accounts and license allocations.
• Collaborate with DS Support/R&D and user teams to raise SRs/CRITSITs and deploy fixes.
• Create KT guides and training materials.

The impact you’ll make

Join Lam as a Delmia System Analyst within Virtual Manufacturing team. You would work with Dassault Systèms' 3DEXPERIENCE platform, particularly in supporting and customizing DELMIA,CATIA, and related PLM tools.

In this role, you will directly provide t echnical support, manage deployments, develop customizations, maintain infrastructure and ensure seamless integration of digital manufacturing solutions across the enterprise. .

What you’ll do

• ProvideL1/L2/L3 supportfor 3DEXPERIENCE native applications includingDELMIA,CATIA, and associated infrastructure components.
• Troubleshoot and resolve user issues logged inServiceNowwithin defined SLA metrics (P1/P2/P3/P4).
• Supportchange management,andBOM managementprocesses.
• Develop and maintainEKL scripts,VBA macros,CAA customizations, andautomation scripts(PowerShell, Batch, C#).
• ManageMulti site FCS,DSLS,3DIndex,3DPassport, andFTS (Master/Slave Configuration)servers for optimal performance and uptime.
• Administer user accounts, license assignments, and centralized settings usingMember Management.
• Collaborate with DS Support/R&D and User teams to raise and follow up onSRs/CRITSITs, test debug kits, and deploy pinpoint fixes.
• Create and maintain documentation includingKT guides,training materials, andbest practices.

Who we’re looking for

• Atleast 4+ years of experience in3DEXPERIENCE platform support, especially withDELMIAandCATIA.
• Strong knowledge ofPLM concepts,digital manufacturing, process planning and Work instruction generation.
• Proficiency inEKL, VB,C#, and scripting for automation.
• Experience withASFALIS Elysium Converter,XPDM, and CAD data migration.
• Familiarity with tools likeJira,Bitbucket,Confluence, andSourceTree.
• Certifications in 3DEXPERIENCE (Solution Architect, Infrastructure Consultant, etc.) are a strong plus.
