Job summary

Caterpillar Hosur site in Tamil Nadu is hiring a Manufacturing Engineer I to assist with technical analysis of manufacturing processes across production, costs, quality and safety. This role emphasizes collaboration and problem-solving to improve outcome and compliance.

You will identify enhancements to equipment and processes, monitor reliability, and coach operations staff while providing engineering support for planning, development, operation and maintenance of manufacturing systems.

Qualifications
