Wordline is seeking a skilled Manual Tester to test a payment domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in testing payment processing systems and a keen eye for detail. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our payment solutions, contributing to a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases for payment applications.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, testing of payment systems.
• Collaborate with developers, BAs, and other stakeholders to identify and resolve defects.
• Review requirements and specifications to ensure thorough understanding and test coverage.
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and track them through resolution.
• Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives in an Agile environment.
• Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in software testing, preferably in the payment or financial services domain.
• Familiarity with payment processing systems, gateways, and compliance standards (e.g., SEPA payments).
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and frameworks.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with tools like JIRA and Confluence.
