You will review contracts, conduct legal research, and provide advisory support on regulatory issues. The role includes governance and regulatory filings across the supply chain, with on-site flexibility to align with business needs.

Responsibilities

• Review, redline and negotiate contracts in line with company objectives and mitigate legal risks.
• Provide strategic advisory on contractual matters and disputes to stakeholders.
• Deliver general advisory support to business units on disputes and regulatory matters to mitigate risks and optimize operations.
• Assist in compliance mapping and regulatory filings pertaining to supply chain with managerial guidance.
• Manage litigation matters in coordination with external counsel under supervision.
• Develop and deliver training sessions on relevant legal topics under managerial guidance.
• Assist in corporate governance matters and regulatory filings related to supply chain with direction from management.
