The Managing Analyst will work in a dynamic team focused on HTA data and support clients (live/offline) with their queries and customized reports.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Identify and extract data from HTA submissions and reports (data entry, management & quality assurance).
• Collect, organize, and synthesize clinical and economic information.
• Provide meaningful analyses and insights derived from HTA reports.
• Interpret, summarize, and present results to the broader team.
• Prepare reports and analyses for internal use as needed.
• Ensure deliverables meet EVERSANA quality standards.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the pricing and reimbursement landscape (US and global) and changes in reimbursement rules.
• Stay informed about the latest news in major therapeutic/disease areas.
• Understand global HTA agency decision‑making processes.
• Possess 6‑7 years of relevant experience in HTA, market access, or health economics (consulting experience is a plus).
• Demonstrate strong communication skills in English—both written and oral.
• Be proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint and have experience with market research, data interpretation, secondary research, and analysis.
• Have mandatory knowledge of the Healthcare & Pharmaceutical domain; pharmaceutical market access experience is a value addition.
• Exhibit strong analytical skills, conceptual thinking, rapid learning, and effective time management.

Qualifications

• MS in Health Economics, Public Health, Pharmacy/Pharmaceutical Sciences, or Life Sciences.
