Job summary

IPE Global in New Delhi, India, seeks an experienced project manager to lead technical delivery, BD and overall program oversight within the Urban Infrastructure vertical. You will coordinate client meetings, prepare reports, manage expert inputs, and ensure timely project MIS updates.

The role requires a engineering/technology degree, 4+ years in infrastructure consulting in India, and excellent English fluency, with frequent travel across the country for client liaison and project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology is mandatory.
• Master's degree in Engineering, Technology, or Management is preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience in infrastructure consulting, preferably in project management and business development in India.
• Excellent English language fluency is required for this role.

The role will be responsible for project management, technical delivery and business development under the Urban Infrastructure vertical. Details of responsibilities for this role are as below:

Technical Delivery

• Travel to project locations, meeting project teams and clients
• Supporting project research and data analysis
• Preparing reports and presentations
• Managing inputs of key and non-key experts
• Attending key Client meetings and presentations

Business Development

• Identifying business opportunities and generation of leads
• Evaluating REOIs and RFPs
• Collaborating with other firms/partners
• Preparation of EOIs and Proposals including finalizing teaming, development of collaterals, preparing approach and methodology, attending pre-bid meetings and site visits; making Client presentations; maintaining follow-ups
• Frequent travel across India for Client liaising and meetings

Project Management

• Managing hiring and staffing for new and ongoing projects
• Project budgeting and cost control, invoicing, recoveries, debtors
• Managing vendor inputs, invoicing, payments
• Preparing updates/presentations for management review meetings
• Developing and Maintaining project MIS
• Resolving project issues in a timely manner
• Any other project management task required

Minimum Qualifications Work Experience Required

• Graduate in Engineering or Technology is mandatory.
• Masters' degree in Engineering, Technology, or Management is preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience in the infrastructure consulting sector in India, preferably in project management and business development roles.
• Excellent English language fluency is required for this role.
