As Treasury Manager you will mentor a diverse team, collaborate with banking partners, and drive improvements in cash management, forecasting, and in-house banking in a hybrid work setting in Bengaluru.

Qualifications

• CA or equivalent professional qualification.
• At least 10 years of progressive experience in Treasury Operations, Cash Management, Banking, Corporate Treasury, or Finance.
• Minimum 5 years of people leadership experience.
• Experience with treasury operations, cash management, banking relationships, and financial controls.
• Experience in multinational organizations or global business environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead global treasury operations including cash management, liquidity monitoring, cash forecasting, in-house banking and treasury governance.
• Manage and develop a team of treasury professionals, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
• Ensure SOX compliance and strong internal controls, collaborating with auditors.
• Drive treasury transformation through automation, digitalization, and optimization of Treasury Management Systems.
• Build relationships with banking partners and stakeholders to support strategic treasury projects.

• Leading global treasury operations including cash management, liquidity monitoring, cash forecasting, in-house banking and treasury governance.
• Managing and developing a team of treasury professionals while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Ensuring Treasury SOX compliance, maintaining a strong control environment, and partnering with internal and external auditors.
• Driving treasury transformation initiatives through automation, digitalization, process standardization, and optimization of Treasury Management Systems.
• Building strong relationships with banking partners and key stakeholders while supporting strategic treasury projects and global banking initiatives.

Your Skills And Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Professional qualifications such as CA or equivalent.
• Minimum Ten (10) years of progressive experience in Treasury Operations, Cash Management, Banking, Corporate Treasury, or Finance in a private, public, government, or military environment
• Minimum Five (5) years of people leadership experience, including managing and developing teams
• Experience working with treasury operations, cash management, banking relationships, and financial controls
• Experience working in multinational organizations or global business environments

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Experience with Treasury Management Systems, preferably Kyriba
• Strong knowledge of Treasury & Risk Management, Cash & Liquidity Management, In-House Banking, FX Operations, and Bank Connectivity
• Strong understanding of SOX compliance, internal controls, and audit requirements
• Experience leading treasury transformation, automation, and process improvement initiatives
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills
