Job summary

EY in New Delhi is seeking a Manager to lead GOV-Business Consulting transformation delivery programs. The role requires managing multi-stream projects with a structured approach, aligning with client objectives, and ensuring delivery quality through active risk management.

You will engage in strategy formulation, stakeholder communication, and proposal inputs to identify opportunities and coordinate complex engagements across teams. This position is on-site at New Delhi with EY.

Qualifications

• Masters Degree/MBA required.
• 2+ years in Project Management.
• 5+ years in Business/Risk Consulting and related GPS consulting.

Responsibilities

• Support transformation delivery engagements with structured project management and execution discipline.
• Apply consulting methodologies to assess business challenges and develop practical solution approaches.
• Manage project quality, identify risks, and maintain delivery standards across workstreams.
