Job summary

Vodafone Idea Limited is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive prepaid SIM promotions, MNP and recharges through Distributor and Promoter networks across assigned markets. You will appoint partners, set quarterly plans, and lead monthly target achievement with strong market execution.

You will visit markets as per plan, expand town coverage, and build robust trade relationships while ensuring quality gross. The role requires 5–11 years in Telco/FMCG and a proactive leader.

Qualifications

• 5–11 years of experience in Telecom or FMCG.
• English and local market language proficiency.
• Ability to interpret and construct performance reports.

Responsibilities

• Appoints and manages Distributor's and Promoter's to promote prepaid SIM’s, MNP & Recharges.
• Meet monthly distributor/promoter target achievements.
• Visit markets as per PJP to strengthen market execution and trade relationships.
• Drive extraction from covered sites and towns - quality gross.

• Appoint and manage Channel Partners in defined market geography
• Ensure distributor 3i - infrastructure (office, DSE, computer), investment (working capital) & involvement (ways of working, processes) for reliable & effective service and winning against competition
• Expand town coverage and distribution outlets to build extraction intensity
• Visit markets/distributors as per PJP to strengthen market execution & trade relationships
• Drive extraction from covered sites and towns - quality gross & tertiary

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience

• 5-11 years of experience in Telco/FMCG

Must have technical / professional qualifications
