Job summary

Publicis Sapient is seeking Python Developers to design and deliver GenAI-powered automation and data workflows. You will craft and orchestrate agent-based processes, build reusable data components, and ensure scalable production-grade AI applications.

You will implement secure API communication, leverage NLP/retrieval techniques, and deploy Python services with CI/CD in a modern cloud setup.

Qualifications

• Strong Python fundamentals (OOP, data structures) with hands-on Pandas/NumPy/PySpark/Dask.
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, and Semantic Kernel for agent orchestration.
• Proficiency with Flask or FastAPI and IDEs such as VSCode or PyCharm.
• Working knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases, time-series data, and data modeling.
• Basic exposure to TensorFlow or PyTorch; vector stores and embeddings experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and orchestrate agentic workflows using LangChain and LangGraph for GenAI solutions.

• Ensure reliability, scalability, and traceability of agent workflows across production.
• Implement performance monitoring with LangSmith and tune agent accuracy and efficiency.

• Architect secure API communication and access management using JWT, OAuth, RBAC.
• Apply NLP and retrieval techniques with vector stores and embeddings.

Your Impact

• Build and orchestrate agentic workflows using LangChain and LangGraph to power scalable, production-ready GenAI solutions.

Qualifications

Your Skills & Experience

• Strong Python fundamentals (OOP, data structures, error handling) with hands-on experience using Pandas, NumPy, PySpark, or Dask.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, and Semantic Kernel, building agent orchestration, memory, and tool-use workflows.
• Proficiency in Python API frameworks (Flask/FastAPI), with experience using IDEs such as VSCode and PyCharm.
• Working knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases, time-series data, and data modeling and schema design.
• Basic integration experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch, plus exposure to vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Chroma) and embedding-based retrieval.
• Proficiency with AWS Cloud Services and production deployment practices, including Bitbucket, Git, and CI/CD tools.
• Strong understanding of security & access management – JWT, OAuth, RBAC – and secure API communication.
