Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a seasoned Manager, Technology Consulting with Infor WMS expertise to head a multi-site rollout. You will oversee planning, design, configuration, validation, testing, training, cutover and hypercare support across sites.

Responsibilities include advising on warehouse best practices, coordinating configuration, and managing end-to-end WMS projects while ensuring high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 12-17 years of IT experience with senior/manager level or 4+ years of Infor WMS experience.
• Solid grasp of end-to-end WMS business functions.
• Supply chain background in consulting or large corporates.

Job description

We're looking for a seasoned Manager, Technology Consulting with expertise in Infor WMS to head up a multi-site rollout of the Infor WMS platform, managing every stage of the deployment process from planning and design to configuration, validation, testing, training, cutover, and hypercare support.

Responsibilities

• Advise customers on warehouse management best practices to achieve positive business outcomes
• Lead and coordinate implementation initiatives while overseeing Infor WMS application configuration
• Manage the complete lifecycle of Infor WMS projects, spanning planning through implementation and post-go-live support
• Oversee configuration validation, testing evidence, inbound/outbound/inventory scenarios, interface testing, master-data-dependent testing, regression testing, mock cutover preparation, UAT defect resolution, high-volume operational testing, go-live readiness, and stabilization
• Guide clients on best practices covering warehouse/building setup, owners/storers, zones, areas, locations and location types, put-away, replenishment, allocation, waves, task management, RF profiles, receiving and PO/ASN lifecycle, packing, picking, shipping/loading, returns, special/job processes, UOM/pack structures, inventory statuses/holds, and cycle counting
• Complete tasks independently, manage workload priorities across teams, and adapt quickly to changing environments
• Ensure deliverables meet or exceed client quality standards through active quality control management
• Navigate ambiguity to bring clarity and structure to project delivery
• Strengthen client team capabilities, best practices, and skill sets
• Build trust and respect among EPAM and client colleagues through supportive, reliable behavior
• Foster collaboration and openness to diverse viewpoints to boost team performance
• Spot opportunities to build strategic relationships across individual, account, and organizational levels

Requirements

• 12-17 years of overall IT experience, with at least 3 years at Consultant, Senior Consultant, and/or Manager level, or 4+ years of relevant Infor WMS experience
• Experience implementing Infor WMS across industries including Transportation, Logistics, Retail and Distribution, CPG, and Manufacturing
• Solid grasp of end-to-end WMS business functions
• Supply chain background gained at large global technology consulting firms, consumer-packaged goods and services companies, retailers, or CPG distributors
• Strong Supply Chain Management expertise, recognized as an SME/thought leader in WMS solutions
• Willingness to travel as required for project delivery
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced education preferred
