Job summary

Standard Chartered India seeks a replacement resource to manage the Production Engineering activities of the S2B Security application, ensuring robust incident and change management, RFIs from audits, and rotation planning for 24/7 coverage. This role focuses on day-to-day BAU support and operational stability.

The candidate will work in rotation with production support teams to mitigate risk and ensure service levels for a critical BC-4 application across shifts.

Qualifications

• Strong development experience with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve client issues within agreed SLA timelines.
• Willingness to work in shifts as required for production support.
• Proven experience in managing business-critical applications.
• Experience supporting a high volume of clients in a production environment.
