Job summary

The role focuses on leading statutory audits, ensuring compliance with AS, Ind AS, SA, and the Companies Act, and addressing audit observations efficiently. Candidates should possess strong communication and team management skills, and have good exposure to Income Tax and GST compliances.

Qualifications

• CA Fresher with relevant articleship experience in Statutory Audit, or Semi-Qualified CA with 3–4 years of experience in Audit.
• Sound knowledge of Accounting Standards (AS), Ind AS, Standards on Auditing (SA), and applicable statutory requirements.
• Good communication and team management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage statutory audits, including audit planning, execution, financial statement review, and finalisation.
• Ensure compliance with Accounting Standards, the Companies Act, and other relevant statutory requirements.
• Identify audit observations, assess risks, and ensure timely closure of audit queries.
• Strong understanding of Income Tax and GST compliances, with exposure to tax audits as an added advantage.

Eligibility Criteria

- CA Fresher with relevant articleship experience in Statutory Audit, or Semi-Qualified CA with 3–4 years of experience in Audit.

• Lead and manage statutory audits, including audit planning, execution, financial statement review, and finalisation.
• Sound knowledge of Accounting Standards (AS), Ind AS, Standards on Auditing (SA), and applicable statutory requirements.
• Ensure compliance with applicable Accounting Standards, the Companies Act, and other relevant statutory requirements.

• Strong communication, team management, analytical, and decision‑making skills.
