Job summary

Latent View Analytics Limited seeks an experienced Supply Chain Analytics Manager to partner with the Industrial vertical and clients to identify, solve, and deliver high-impact analytics solutions.

You will lead discovery workshops, develop PoCs, support sales opportunities, and build scalable analytics assets while mentoring a team and collaborating with data science, engineering, and visualization teams.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years in supply chain analytics with manufacturing/industrial exposure.
  • Strong consulting and stakeholder management experience with executives.
  • Able to lead workshops, PoCs, and scalable analytics solutions.
  • Hands-on analytics with data-driven problem solving.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Work with the Industrial vertical to engage clients and uncover supply chain challenges.
  • Lead client discovery sessions and advisory discussions.
  • Deliver proofs of concept, pilots, and analytics solutions demonstrating measurable value.
  • Serve as a Supply Chain SME across multiple project streams.
  • Provide expertise across planning, logistics, transportation, distribution, and warehousing.
  • Drive business development opportunities with supply chain analytics insights.
  • Conduct capability presentations and client workshops.
  • Translate complex supply chain problems into actionable analytics use cases.
  • Collaborate with data science, engineering, visualization, and technology teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
  • Develop analytics assets, accelerators, and standardized supply chain products.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Analytics Manager to partner closely with the Industrial vertical and its clients to identify, solve, and deliver high-impact supply chain analytics solutions. The role combines supply chain domain expertise, consulting, data analytics, client engagement, and business development.

The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years of experience across supply chain and supply chain analytics, preferably within Manufacturing, Industrial, or Automotive domains. You will work with senior stakeholders to lead discovery workshops, develop proofs of concept, provide functional expertise, support sales opportunities, and build scalable analytics solutions and accelerators.

Role and Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Industrial vertical to engage clients and uncover supply chain business challenges and opportunities.
  • Participate in client discovery workshops, provide advisory expertise, and bring a hands-on perspective to business and analytics discussions.
  • Lead and deliver proofs of concept (PoCs), pilots, and analytics solutions to demonstrate measurable business value.
  • Serve as a Supply Chain functional consultant and SME across multiple project streams.
  • Provide subject-matter expertise across supply chain planning, logistics, transportation, distribution, and warehousing.
  • Drive new prospect engagement, business development initiatives, and sales opportunities by providing supply chain analytics expertise.
  • Conduct solution demonstrations, capability presentations, and workshops for clients and prospects.
  • Translate complex supply chain challenges into actionable analytics use cases and solution approaches.
  • Partner with data science, engineering, visualization, and technology teams to deliver end-to-end analytics solutions.
  • Provide direction for developing analytics assets, accelerators, frameworks, and standardized supply chain analytics products to accelerate growth.
  • Identify opportunities to apply advanced analytics, optimization, and data-driven decision-making to supply chain problems.
  • Manage, mentor, groom, and develop team members while promoting a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Work effectively with senior executives and cross-functional teams across business, analytics, and technology functions.
Required Skills
  • 10+ years of experience in supply chain and/or supply chain analytics.
  • Strong domain experience in Manufacturing, Industrial, and/or Automotive sectors.
  • Strong understanding of one or more supply chain areas:
  • Supply Chain Planning
  • Logistics
  • Transportation
  • Distribution
  • Warehousing
  • Strong client-facing consulting and stakeholder management experience.
  • Experience conducting client discovery sessions, workshops, and executive-level presentations.
  • Demonstrated experience in data and analytics, including applying analytics to solve business problems.
  • Strong business acumen with an innovative, creative, collaborative, and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a strong focus on delivering measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong verbal, written, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Confidence and maturity to engage with senior executives and business leaders.
  • Experience managing, mentoring, and developing teams.
Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills
  • Experience with SQL and data querying/analysis.
  • Hands-on exposure to Python and/or R.
  • Knowledge of Business Intelligence and visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Exposure to operations research and advanced analytical techniques, including:
  • Logistic Regression
  • XGBoost
  • Exposure to database technologies such as SQL and NoSQL.
  • Understanding of UI/UX concepts for analytics applications and decision-support solutions.
  • Experience developing reusable analytics assets, accelerators, or supply chain products.
  • Exposure to AI/ML applications in supply chain analytics is an added advantage.
