Medhavi is looking for a high-energy, execution-focused professional to work directly with the Group Chief Strategy Officer and drive strategic priorities across multiple high-growth business verticals. This is a high-ownership role at the center of the organization, responsible for ensuring that decisions are translated into action, priorities are executed, and leadership bandwidth is used effectively. This is not a support role. It is a core execution role.

Key responsibilities

1. Strategy to execution

• Translate leadership priorities into action plans
• Track progress across verticals
• Ensure timely closure of key initiatives

2. CSO office management

• Manage daily priorities, schedule, and time allocation
• Prepare decision notes, briefs, and summaries
• Keep the CSO focused on high-impact work

3. Business reviews and tracking

• Run weekly business reviews
• Track performance against goals and targets
• Highlight risks, delays, and bottlenecks

4. Cross-functional coordination

• Align business, academic, and operations teams
• Break silos and enable collaboration
• Follow up on dependencies across functions

5. Special projects

• Support new vertical launches
• Drive strategic partnerships
• Support process and system implementation
• Own high-priority projects end to end

6. Follow-ups and closure discipline

• Track action items from meetings
• Push decisions to closure
• Maintain dashboards and execution trackers
