About the role:

We are seeking a seasoned Process Expert / Cross-Functional Subject Matter Expert (SME) with strong SAP S/4HANA SD (Order to Cash) expertise and management consulting experience. The ideal candidate will play a key role in process transformation, solution design, stakeholder advisory, and pre‑sales engagements while working with global clients on large-scale SAP S/4HANA programs.

Key Responsibilities:

SAP S/4HANA Process & Solution Expertise

• Act as a Process Expert/SME for Order to Cash (O2C) in SAP S/4HANA.
• Lead end‑to‑end business process design, blueprinting, and solution architecture aligned with industry best practices.
• Drive Fit‑Gap analysis, process harmonization, and global template design.
• Translate business requirements into functional solution designs and SAP configurations.
• Support integration with cross‑functional modules (MM, FI, EWM, TM, CRM).

Consulting & Stakeholder Management

• Provide management consulting‑oriented advisory to senior business stakeholders.
• Conduct workshops, design thinking sessions, and executive presentations.
• Guide clients through business transformation, change management, and operating model redesign.
• Serve as a trusted advisor for process standardization and SAP S/4HANA adoption.
• Actively contribute to pre‑sales pursuits, including RFP/RFQ responses.
• Prepare solution proposals, scope definitions, effort estimations, and pricing inputs.
• Develop value propositions, solution roadmaps, and demo scenarios.
• Participate in client pitches and proposal meetings.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Functional & Technical Expertise

• 12+ years of overall experience in minimum 2–3 full life‑cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA SD – Order to Cash (O2C).
• Graduated from Tier‑1 or Tier‑2 institutions (preferably with MBA from Tier‑1/Tier‑2 B‑schools).
• Proven management consulting experience (Big 4 / Tier‑1 / Global SI preferred).
