Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development as an individual contributor with backend focus.
• 7+ years in a lead or supervisory role overseeing engineering teams.
• Proven background in telecom or commissions systems.
• Experience with enterprise platforms and backend systems.
• Successful delivery across in-house and vendor teams.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, RDS).
• Knowledge of Java/Spring Boot ecosystems.
• Experience integrating data from APIs and enterprise services.
• Experience with timekeeping and scheduling systems.

We’re looking for an accomplished Manager of Software Development to lead a high-performing team in our Commissions, the mission-critical platform that powers compensation for all selling channels across the company, and Timekeeping & Scheduling (UKG Dimensions) domain.
