Role Summary and Impact

As part of the Global Operations Centre (GOC), you will work closely with teams across the United States, Europe, and Asia to deliver high-impact solutions in a collaborative, multicultural environment. We are looking for a Manager Social who will:

  • Make Strategies and Planning
  • Execute and Optimize paid campaigns across social media platforms
  • Create performance reports & review decks for clients
  • Understand the projects and client requirements & deliver accordingly
  • Coordinate with cross functions to deploy campaigns
Skills and Experience
  • Graduation or Post‑Graduation Degree in Any stream
  • 4‑6 years of experience running paid social campaigns
  • In‑depth knowledge of social platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Snapchat, etc.)
  • Have created media plans for client briefs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS‑Office and Social Media Management Tools like SocialFlow, Sprinklr, etc.
  • Should be able to multi‑task and handle multiple clients at one time
  • Hands‑on experience in social media advertising and ad creation & optimization
  • Active interest in digital, paid media, planning, strategizing, web analytics and other aspects of performance marketing.
