Job summary

Classic Search Pvt Ltd is seeking a Manager Service to lead the installation, commissioning, qualification, validation and customer handover of sterile processing and pharmaceutical systems. The role demands technical leadership, project execution and cross-functional coordination across domestic and international sites.

You will oversee FAT/SAT, IQ/OQ/PQ, electrical, mechanical and instrumentation installation, manage customer interactions and mentor engineers and contractors.

Qualifications

• 12 to 18 years of experience in installation and commissioning of pharmaceutical/sterile equipment or related projects.
• Strong knowledge of sterile systems such as isolators, autoclaves, cleanrooms, HVAC, WFI systems and steam sterilizers.
• Hands-on experience with mechanical, electrical and instrumentation installation.
• Experience in FAT, SAT, IQ, OQ and PQ.
• Good understanding of GMP/GAMP and pharmaceutical regulatory requirements.
• Knowledge of PLC/SCADA and automation systems.
• Ability to read P&IDs, engineering drawings and equipment layouts.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with project planning and documentation tools such as MS Project/Primavera is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end installation and commissioning activities for sterile projects across domestic and international locations.
• Manage FAT, SAT, startup, performance verification and qualification activities including IQ, OQ and PQ.
• Oversee mechanical, electrical and instrumentation installation activities.
• Manage customer interactions and act as the primary technical escalation point.
• Lead and develop installation and commissioning engineers, technicians and contractors.
• Manage multiple projects, resources, timelines, budgets and project risks.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, GAMP, safety, quality and sterile manufacturing requirements.
• Review project documentation including P&IDs, GA drawings, URS, FDS and qualification documentation.
• Drive continuous improvement in commissioning, qualification and project execution processes.
