griddable.io is seeking a Manager, Technical Consulting to lead a high‑performing Salesforce technical team in Life Sciences/Health. You will guide architecture, governance, and delivery while coaching architects and engineers to build scalable, compliant solutions.

You will balance billable work with team development, recruit talent, and champion an AI‑First delivery model across projects with customers and partners.

Qualifikationen

• 10–15 years of experience leading Salesforce technical consulting projects and handling individual contributors.
• 5+ years of people management experience.
• Strong application design skills with data, integration, and security architecture expertise.
• Proven experience architecting enterprise Salesforce solutions in life sciences, healthcare, or related fields.
• Solid understanding of HIPAA, GxP, PHI, HL7, and FHIR regulatory requirements.
• Experience in healthcare domain is preferred; integration and security architecture are must-haves.
• Expertise in Apex design patterns and Salesforce/Apex, Triggers, LWC, and modern web/mobile tech.
• Proficiency with AI development tools and enterprise AI architectures; OmniStudio a plus.

Salesforce is currently seeking a Manager, Technical Consulting to play a meaningful part in managing, training, and building the careers of our technical consulting team. We are key players in this objective, as they can use Industry Cloud functionality to deliver customer requirements quick with minimal customization. In addition to people leadership, career coaching, and project oversight responsibilities for the team, you will build our practice through leading internal initiatives, contributing to the technical practice business plan, developing methodology, creating team enablement, onboarding new architects, and recruiting to build the team. This role is 50% billable and in addition to team leadership, you will work with our customers and partners as a technical architect to solve critically important business challenges using Salesforce’s Lifesciences and Health industry solutions

Responsibilities

• You’ll have up to 15 direct reports under your scope of responsibility.
• You will be required to deliver technical work (as a technical architect) on Salesforce’s Life Sciences Cloud projects at 50% utilization and balance that with leading your team of Technical Consultants and Senior Technical Consultants.
• You’ll be responsible for hiring, training, and mentoring our Technical Consultants so they can implement successfully in turning the program design of our Solution Architects and Technical Architects into highest-quality solutions that meets the customers’ needs, ensuring continuous team enablement across modern AI coding environments.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to the client, guiding customers and colleagues in rationalizing and deploying emerging technologies and Enterprise AI Architecture frameworks that drive increased business value.
• Identify and lead internal critical initiatives to grow the consulting practice; serving as an active contributor to the community’s overall knowledge base and expertise, championing an AI-First Delivery & Engineering model across your delivery team.
• Work closely on projects with Delivery Managers, Solution Architects, and directly with clients to architect technology solutions to meet client needs.
• Lead Enterprise Architecture and Governance for an enterprise-level customer engagement. Serve as a trusted advisor to the client driving conversations with their Enterprise Architects and business stakeholders that shape the architectural vision, integrate scalable predictive/generative AI elements securely, and establish a program architectural roadmap.
• Lead functional and technical workshops. Demonstrate leadership skills in designing, delivering, testing, and deploying.
• Lead a project team of developers focused on driving optimized solutions for our clients leveraging Salesforce Lifesciences and Health clouds, guiding teams on the effective use of AI development tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude, GitHub Copilot) to maintain delivery speed and code health.
• Ensure the success of these teams while securing the highest CSAT and business outcomes, focusing on Performance Evaluation & ROI by defining metric frameworks to measure the business value of client AI workloads.
• Manage customer expectations; negotiate solutions to complex problems with both the customer and third-party stakeholders.
• Highlight and manage risk areas in the solution in a proactive manner, and commit to seeing an issue through to completion.

Minimum Requirements

• 10-15 years of experience leading Salesforce technical consulting projects and handling individual contributors.
• 5+ years of people management experience.
• Strong application design skills combined with strong data, integration, and security architecture skills.
• Proven experience architecting enterprise-level Salesforce solutions in the life sciences or Veeva product or healthcare industry.
• Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements including HIPAA, GxP, PHI, HL7, and FHIR.
• Expertise in one or multiple domains of Healthcare Providers, Healthcare Payers,Life Science and Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, Public health & Government Healthcare programs, Insurance.
