Introduction

We are seeking a Manager/ Senior Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for Casting/Forging Sourcing. In this position, you will report to the Director, Procurement, Alwar Plant

This position is mainly located in Alwar (Rajasthan)

What you’ll do

• Develop and manage suppliers for casting and forging components
• Drive cost optimization and supplier consolidation initiatives
• Ensure compliance with global sourcing standards and processes
• Collaborate cross-functionally for timely development and delivery of components
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for management reviews
• Negotiate contracts and maintain strong supplier relationships
• Support new product development and re-sourcing projects

Who you are

• 7 to 10 years’ experience in sourcing
• B.E. in Mechanical Engineering, MBA Preferred
• Preferred Industry Background will be of Aggregates, Mining, Heavy Engineering, or related sectors
• Strong negotiation and Costing expertise communication skills
• Sound knowledge of Casting/ forging/ Pattern/ Dies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to work collaboratively with global teams
• Adaptability and willingness to travel as per requirement
