The Retail Jeweller India is seeking a results-driven Manager / Senior Executive to lead two flagship jewellery industry platforms – the Retail Jeweller India Awards and the Retail Jeweller MD CEO Awards.

You will own end-to-end delivery from strategy to execution, building relationships with CEOs, MDs, sponsors and senior stakeholders, while coordinating entries, jury processes, timelines and events to deliver a world-class experience.

Qualifications

• MBA degree required; 4+ years experience in leadership roles.
• Experience leading flagship platforms or large-scale awards/events.
• Ability to interact with senior business leaders and sponsors.

Responsibilities

• Lead the awards from strategy through execution.
• Drive participation, nominations and engagement from jewellery companies and professionals.

For last 20 years, the company publishes - The Retail Jeweller Magazine and Market Tabloid, once every two-month. Known as India s favorite business magazine and tabloid of jeweler retailers, the magazine is read in across 603 cities and towns of India. The company also organizes the - Retail Jeweller India Awards, India s most prestigious and elite event for jeweler retailers.

The Opportunity

We are looking for an ambitious and accomplished professional to lead two of the jewellery industrys most prestigious platforms - the Retail Jeweller India Awards and the Retail Jeweller MD CEO Awards.These flagship platforms bring together the industrys most influential business leaders, brands, retailers, manufacturers and designers, celebrating excellence, innovation, leadership and achievement.

This role offers the opportunity to work at the heart of the industry, build relationships with senior business leaders and take ownership of platforms that command significant industry recognition and influence.

Your Role

You will lead the awards from strategy through execution, including:

• Driving participation, nominations and engagement from leading jewellery companies and professionals.
• Managing entries, screening, jury coordination, confirmations and award ceremonies.
• Building strong relationships with CEOs, MDs, founders, sponsors and key industry stakeholders.
• Working with internal teams, agencies, vendors and production partners to deliver a world-class experience.
• Managing timelines, categories, communications, guest lists and event requirements.
• Supporting sponsorship and business development while identifying opportunities to grow the platforms.
• Continuously elevating the quality, credibility and stature of the awards.
