Job summary

Ensemble Global is seeking a senior cybersecurity leader in Hyderabad to head SOC, GRC, and security engineering efforts. You will drive delivery, governance, and automation while guiding global teams to align security initiatives with business objectives.

The role requires a deep career track in security operations, risk management, and stakeholder leadership, with a focus on HIPAA/HITRUST regulatory compliance and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10–12 years of cybersecurity experience across SOC, GRC and security engineering.
• 3+ years of people management in a matrix/global environment.
• Strong knowledge of SOC, IR, SIEM; HIPAA, HITRUST and regulatory compliance.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication and team development skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage teams across SOC, GRC, and Security Engineering.
• Drive execution, SLA adherence, governance, and delivery excellence.
• Conduct performance management, coaching, and development initiatives.
• Manage workforce planning, resource allocation, and capability building.

• Drive process improvements, automation, standardization, and audit readiness.
• Monitor cybersecurity metrics, risks, and program effectiveness.

• CISSP, CISM, CISA, GIAC, or equivalent certifications
• Experience in Healthcare, GCC, or Managed Services environments
• Exposure to AI-driven security operations and automation
• Experience supporting HIPAA / HITRUST regulated environments
